Meet the Staff
Andre’
Hampton - Owner/Chef
A native New Yorker, Andre’ has spent the past 20 years working
in the restaurant business in Summit County. It could be said that Andre’
can’t get enough of the world of food. He has had the privilege
of studying with world class chefs like Larry Perner of New York City’s
Windows On the World Restaurant, and Chef Mike Duprema of Green Point
Brooklyn’s Lamb and Jaffy.
VInnie Manarca - Executive Chef
As a chef, VInnie continues a long family tradition of culinary excellence.
Classically trained, Vinnie considers himself an artist, using his heart
and mind to create wonderful delight’s of the pallet. Leading power
house gourmet teams in places like the Tuscan Room in CT. and the Ski
Tip Ranch in CO. Vinnie comes well equipped with knowledge and experience
much sought after in the culinary world.
